Retreat Details

Retreat workshops and programming will start Friday April 10 at 8am and end Saturday April 11 at 5pm.  Please make travel plans accordingly.

Registration Fees

Cost: $425 per physician/APP (early registration closes Feb 14, 2026)

           $500 per physician/APP (regular registration Feb 15-March 13, 2026)

           $1 per resident ($100 registration fee is being covered by the AdventHealth Corporate Office of Physician Well-Being and Engagement)

Registration closes on 3/13 or when capacity is reached. 

Refund policy: Full refund before if cancelled before 3/14. No refund after 3/14.

Cutoff Date:  The group rate is guaranteed for reservations made on or before March 24, 2025.  Rooms will fill quickly so book early to secure your room and rate.

Program Evaluation Research Participation

The retreat planning committee wants to continue to provide effective, quality programming to our Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. To evaluate the impact of this program, we will be conducting a quality improvement project.

Participation involves:

(1)    Attend the “Intentional Well-Being Retreat”

(2)    Complete a validated survey package at 3 timepoints (pre, post, and 1-month follow-up)


The surveys should take less than 10 minutes to complete. All data will be de-identified and used for evaluation purposes only.
